Privacy policy
Controller. Integrity, a sole proprietorship represented by Timothé Rosique, 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France, reachable at integrity.conseil.rh@gmail.com.
What we collect. The application form asks for your first name, last name, email, phone and, if you wish, your CV, and sends the mission and fundraising type you chose; if your application moves forward, the contact form also asks for your title, micro-entrepreneur status, SIRET number if you have one, the time and hours you wish to give to missions, and your preferred start date. The charity form asks for the charity name, your name, email, phone and message; no bank details are requested and nothing else is collected.
Purpose and legal basis. This information is used only to process your application and call you back, or to answer your request; it is not used for anything else and not sold. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form and revocable at any time by email.
Retention. Applications are kept for two years, charity requests for the duration of our relationship.
Recipients. Timothé Rosique, manager of Integrity, and Integrity's executive assistant. Applications and contact forms arrive by email and are recorded in Integrity's candidate register, charity requests arrive by email, and the CV, attached to the email, is not kept on the website server.
Hosting. The website is hosted in the European Union; the mailboxes (Gmail, Google) and the candidate register (Notion) are services whose servers may be located outside the European Union, notably in the United States.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to integrity.conseil.rh@gmail.com; we reply within a month.
Cookies. This site uses no cookies, no trackers and no audience measurement.
